I am a great believer that great food doesn't have to cost the earth, all the recipes on ThePubCaterer.com are great quality, high gross profit that are easy to prepare and serve, I believe that this is so important as time is always against you in the kitchen and too many chefs resort to pre-made food which is really not good enough to get your customers returning over and over again, Good quality, home cooked pub food at an affordable price is what works, It is cheaper, better quality and tastes and smells so much nicer and really doesn't have to take up much of your time or effort...

I have written an E-book to help anybody in the Pub/Restaurant industry, I am currently doing very well and want others to do well to, The recession has caused up to 5 pubs a day to close but this should really not be happening you should be taking advantage, many of your customers can't afford to goto a fine dining restaurant or hotel but most of them don't want to goto a big chain restaurant offering 2-1 meals which have been heated in the microwave so the only option left is the Pub and i have given you plenty of ideas to make that pub your business.
