I have been a chef for over 14 years and worked in most sectors at some point but have settled down in the pub-restaurant industry and really enjoy it, I have been very successful over the last few years and business is booming even at these hard times i am filling up my restaurant every night and believe I can help you do the same,
Looking on the internet I noticed that there is 5 Pubs closing down every day and there is no real information out there that really help this sector, So with many resources to my disposal i have started this site to help anybody who needs it or is willing to listen.
